Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. While the view overlooking Capitol Hill was a nice touch, there were several disappointments, including the lack of daily cleaning, no room service, and an inefficient valet service. The lobby dripping during rain was quite a nuisance, and the thermostat not working made it unusually cold. On the upside, the location was superb for walking to Union Station and Capitol Hill.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were really nice and clean, but they were distant from the elevator, and I had to go down the hallway to get boiling water for tea since there was only a coffee maker available. Unfortunately, we couldn't watch TV due to a signal issue. The service was polite and upbeat but somewhat indifferent in most encounters. The location was perfect, close to Union Station and Capitol Hill, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining options were satisfactory, but it would have been nicer to have more variety. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, with a view of the Capitol Buildings. Although it was always cold, I had to use the air conditioner at hot mode to make it bearable. The service was top-notch, focusing on fulfilling all our needs and exceeding expectations. The location, near Union Station and the Mall, was perfect for my business trip. The dining experience was excellent, except for the construction zone view. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel had nice and clean rooms, but they felt more like motel rooms rather than hotel rooms. The service was a mix of inattentive behavior with helpful and pleasant interactions. Despite some service issues, the location was safe, convenient, and within walking distance to major attractions. The dining options left something to be desired with a lackluster offering. The facilities were decent overall.
Upon my arrival, the hotel was a perfect choice with its high pressure, hot shower, spacious living area, and one of the comfiest beds I've experienced. The service was exceptionally nice, and the staff's graciousness and smiles truly made my stay memorable. The location, next to Union Station, was ideal for exploring the Capitol and nearby attractions. The dining experience was good overall, despite possibly being pricey, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to Union Station and the Capitol, but the ongoing construction was a downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the prices were a bit high. The rooms needed some refreshing, but the comfortable bed and ample storage were pluses. The dining experience was rather poor and overpriced. Even though the facilities were minimal, the value for money was questionable.
The hotel offers large rooms with comfortable beds and ample seating, but noise from the main street could be bothersome. The service was accommodating and attentive despite minor morning access issues. Its convenient location close to Union Station is great for sightseeing, however, safety could be a concern. The dining options were limited and pricey. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
